The Winifred High School BPA Chapter traveled to Great Falls on Monday, January 19, 2026 for the Region 3 Leadership Conference. Members successfully competed in competitive events throughout the day. A special thank you to Stacie Arntzen and Julie Ewen for chaperoning and judging events, and Dan Tungesvick for driving the bus and judging an event. Congratulations to Mrs. Dyer’s Introduction to Business students Jennifer, Lanie, Dustin, and Lane on their 5th place finish in the Montana Stock Market Game. Thank you to Montana Council for Economic Education, First Bank of Montana, and Glacier Bancorp for their sponsorship and opportunity to for students to participate in this financial literacy event. Students receive a virtual $100,000.00 to invest in the stock market over a 9 week period. This team had a $14,477.79 gain on their investments and received a $200.00 prize for their savvy investment strategy.

6th/7th graders will have their scientist book fair Thursday January 8 from 9:50 am -10:30 am in the lunchroom.

Cleaning out your kids book shelves and looking for a new home for their books? The Winifred Little Learners Daycare is looking to add to their reading collection. Please drop off any donated books to the school.

Annual Holiday Dinner Wednesday December 17. Senior Citizens are invited to join us for our Holiday dinner from 11:15 - 12:15 Enjoy a special pork roast dinner with all the fixings, filled with festive flavors and holiday cheer!

All of class C basketball games scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 13th at Fergus High School have been canceled due to this storm! Stay warm!
