LOST AND FOUND - We have quite a collection of items in our lost and found so PLEASE come shopping or send your students shopping for anything missing from their wardrobes. Lost and Found will be set up in the front entrance of the school until May 30th. All items after that date will be donated or tossed.

Due to the weather forecast, play day has been rescheduled to Friday May 16. Wednesday will return to a regularly scheduled school day 8:00 to 3:30. Friday, school will start at 8:00, play day at 9:00 and early release at 1:00.
Thursday May 15- 1st grader Class will be selling Lemonade, Iced tea and Cookies at .50 cents each during lunch and out font of the school before the spring concert.

Montana Range Tour
Join us June 18, 2025 in Winifred, Montana for the 406 Montana Range Tour!
This educational event will feature Guest Speaker Byron Shelton from the Savory Institute
and a tour of the 2024 Leopold Conservation Award winners, Wickens Salt Creek Ranch.
The Montana Range Tour is an educational field day for ranchers desiring to learn from others who are leaders in implementing innovative on-the-ground grazing and agricultural practices. Registration is $65 per person and includes the tour, presentations, banquet breakfast, and lunch.
Transportation from Lewistown to Winifred is also provided.

Junior High and High School Art Show May 7 - May 15 Available to view in the flex space out side of the Library. Be sure to stop in and check out the work of our very talented students.
The time has come again for our 2024-2025 Red Raider Awards Banquet. We will be having the Banquet on Monday, May 12th, at the Winifred School. We will be eating in the Cafeteria starting at 5:30-6:00, then we will move to the old gym and start handing out awards. We will start with academic awards and then move on to athletics.
We will be serving lunch meat and rolls for sandwiches. We are asking that families whose last name starts with A-K bring a dessert and L-W bring a salad/ side.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone.
Attention Winifred Residents the Town of Winifred Street Improvements Open House will be held Tuesday May 13 from 5:00 -7:00 at the Winifred Community Hall. Snack and Refreshments will be provided. Please come view plans for paving streets, cubing, guttering and sidewalks in the Town of Winifred. This will be your opportunity to view and discuss your driveway access, view the project design, and view the construction schedule.

FFA Awards Banquet Wednesday April 30 at 6:30. All are welcome to attend. Dinner will be served (free will donation) with the Awards Presentation to follow.

April 1-5 our Chapter took 21 members to the 95th Montana FFA State Convention in Bozeman, MT. This was a long and busy week full of competition, learning, and connecting with new friends from all across Montana.
A special shoutout goes to our Chapter President, Johanna DeMars, on being a finalist in both prepared and extemporaneous speaking. Johanna was the state champion in extemporaneous speaking, securing her a spot to compete at the National FFA convention in Indianapolis next fall. Other notable results are included in the attached picture.




Montana FWP will hold an Open House at the Winifred School May 15 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm To discuss plans for the Judith Landing State Park.
